74 Xbox Series X/S Games get FPS Boost

Microsoft has been giving some of its most popular Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S titles a major FPS boost. The company is constantly working on including more and more titles to the list.

In a recent announcement, Microsoft said that they have optimized 74 more games for FPS Boost, bringing in the total tally to 97. The new update brings in FPS improvements to AAA titles such as The Assassin’s Creed Collection that includes numerous games such as Unity, Rogue remastered, Assassin’s Creed 3 Remastered, and The Ezio Collection. The Far Cry series including Primal, Far Cry 5, and New Dawn have also been hosted.

Some other titles include various LEGO Games such as Jurrasic Park, Batman 3, Marvel Super Heroes, and Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Also, Alien Isolation will run at 60fps.

Here is a full list of titles that are FPS Boosted. The FPS Boost feature enhances the performance of the game, specially when it comes to running older titles. In some games, the FPS doubled compared to previous optimizations. If a game supports FPS Boost, users are presented with an option to toggle the feature.

Some of the previously FPS Boosted titles include Titanfall 2, Star Wars Battlefront 2, Battlefield 5 and 10 other EA titles. The last gen Battlefield titles were able to run at 120fps.
