Apple iPhone 14 Pro series may come with punch-hole displays

It seems that the Cupertino giant Apple is planning to change the aesthetic overview of the upcoming next year’s iPhone 14 Pro series models in terms of the front display. According to the report of a Korean news outlet TheElec, Apple is dealing with supply chain constraints with its current iPhone lineup. Whereas the next year’s iPhone 14 Pro models will come up with 48MP punch-hole displays or you can say selfie cameras.

The upcoming iPhone 14 Pro may come with a 6.06-inch punch-hole display and the iPhone 14 Pro Max may come with a 6.7-inch punch-hole display. It’s also worth noting that the reports are coming out LG will be the display manufacturer of the iPhone 14 Pro series model that may include the LTPO 120Hz OLED panels.

Whereas the non-Pro iPhone 14 models may come with a 6.06-inch model and a new 6.7-inch model. Both these models will have the same wider notch display which will be supplied by BOE. The chances are high that the entry-level iPhone models may not come with LTPO screens or higher 120Hz refresh rates.

According to the blog, BOE may start supplying LTPO panels for the upcoming iPhone 15 series in 2023. Whereas Apple is also expected to bring a next-gen iPhone SE model in 2022 which will most probably have the same existing design as the current SE 2021 model. It may include the 5G connectivity expectedly.
