Co-owner of gym that was shut down isn’t afraid to get arrested and says he’ll reopen Friday

The co-owner of a New Jersey fitness center which has been closed down from the state health department says he is going to reopen his fitness center Friday, even when he has arrested.

In addition, he questioned the way the New Jersey Department of Health can close down the gym without county officials arriving within his small business.

He states that he arrived at Atilis Gym at Bellmawr on Thursday afternoon and there was a notice on the door stating that the New Jersey Department of Health is shutting down it due to the coronavirus.

Trombetta stated they’re adding many more measures to the fitness center, such as a thermal body and restricting the time members could be in the fitness center and in particular stations.

Trumbetti’s lawyer Kevin Barry told us they’ll announce their next steps in pm Friday when the gym reopens.

“I’ve got a sense NJ will detain the owners as the Governor is running out of approaches to innovate,” Barry said in an email.

Trombetta stated, “We’re sticking to our floor game, we did not do anything wrong, where protecting our inherent right, and were eager to struggle for this.”

The fitness center opened its doors to associates several days this week and had received multiple summonses for launching, and this arrangement follows these summonses.

It goes on to state that a failure to follow the order could lead to criminal sanctions or civil penalties.
