MONTEREY — A employee was present in a bit of kit and died from his accidents at an area produce processing plant, based on the Monterey County Sheriff’s Workplace.
Jose Fierros, 62, of Watsonville, was killed when he was in some way caught within the unidentified piece of equipment on the Monterey Mushrooms Royal Oaks Facility at 777 Maher Street in an unincorporated space of Watsonville at about 3:15 p.m. Thursday, mentioned John Thornburg, chief deputy of the Monterey County Sheriff’s Workplace.
