Leaks coming that Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro pre-orders will start from October 2021

The upcoming Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro models are expected to open for pre-order from October 19, 2021. Whereas the models are expected to hit stores from October 28, 2021, in some markets. Google Tensor will debut on the new Pixel 6 lineup this fall that has been officially confirmed by Google itself in the last month. That also confirms the release of the Pixel 6 series because previously we’ve received a couple of leaks and rumors about it.

Recently, a new report from FrontPageTech has mentioned that the pre-order and sales should start from October 2021 onwards. Whereas some other (not reliable) sources have mentioned that the Pixel 6 lineup will be unveiled a day before iPhone 13 event which should be September 13, 2021. But guess what? It’s not in September month for sure. Jon Prosser is one of the popular leakster in the smartphone community who provides accurate and reliable sources. So, we can rely on the October claim as of now.

Google Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro Expected Specs

The standard Google Pixel 6 will have a 6.4-inches Full-HD+ display and a 90Hz screen refresh rate along with flat edges. Whereas the elder sibling Pixel 6 Pro will have a slightly bigger 6.7-inches curved-edge screen with Quad-HD display resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Both the smartphones are said to be powered by the in-house Tensor chipset which will debut this year and offers stunning performance with energy efficiency whatsoever.

Whereas both the flagships are tipped to bring higher resolution camera lenses and improvements. The standard Google Pixel 6 will have a dual-rear camera setup that includes a wide-angle main sensor and an ultra-wide lens. On the other side, the Pixel 6 Pro will become a first-ever Pixel device that includes a triple rear camera setup. Some leaks are claiming that the Pixel 6 will bring 33W fast charging on the table. But we’ll have to wait for more confirmed and detailed specs in the upcoming weeks.

According to some reports, it’s quite unfortunate that the Google Pixel 6 series isn’t expected to launch in India anytime soon. There is nothing more that we can say right now about the launch date or price in India. Patience is the key.
