Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles are the main reason why Supernatural is so famous. Recently, Jared said he doesn’t feel good over his exclusion in the upcoming Supernatural spinoff.
Jared, who is 38 at the time of writing, took his dissatisfaction to Twitter and shared a Tweet on June 24. Jensen Ackles, Jared’s co-star for the last 15 seasons of Supernatural, is apparently making a prequel to the show. It explores the story of his character Dean Winchester. He is also producing the show.
Sometime after, Jensen shared a news article about the upcoming show, ‘The Winchesters’. Jared quoted him on Twitter and said he had no idea something like this was underworks. Jared, who played the role of Dean’s brother, said,
Dude. Happy for you. Wish I heard about this some way other than Twitter. I’m excited to watch but bummed that Sam Winchester had no involvement whatsoever.
Fanboys were confused over the exclusion of Jared from the upcoming prequel. After all, everyone who is an avid viewer of Supernatural loves the chemistry between the two. After one of Jared’s fan asked him if this was a joke, he said,
No.It’s not. This is the first I’ve heard about it. I’m gutted.
While we are hyped for the upcoming Supernatural prequel, it is sad to see Jared not being a part of the project anymore.
