Motorola Moto G60 and Moto G40 Fusion with Snapdragon 732G launched in India

A few days ago, the Motorola Moto G60 and the Moto G40 Fusion were spotted on Geekbench. It confirmed previous speculations which suggested that the upcoming smartphones would be powered by the Snapdragon 732G. Now, both phones have been officially launched in India.

The latest mid-range smartphone offerings from Motorola feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G, 128GB of internal storage and come with Android 11 out of the box. These smartphones are backed by a massive 6,000mAh battery and support for 20W fast charging.

The only major difference between Motorola’s latest offerings is that the Moto G60 comes with a 108 MP Primary camera whereas its counterpart G40 Fusion comes with a 64 MP sensor.

Coming to the Moto G60, the phone comes in two colors – Frosted Champagne and Dynamic Gray. The Moto G60 has no variants and is priced at Rs 17,999. If you own an ICICI Bank Card, you will be eligible for an instant discount of Rs 1,500, bringing the price down to Rs 16,499.

The Moto G40 Fusion is available in two variants. The 6GB + 128GB model is priced at Rs 15,999 whereas the 4GB + 64GB version comes with a price tag of Rs 13,999. ICICI Bank card owners get an instant discount of Rs 1,000.

Moto G60 Specifications

The Motorola Moto G60 comes with a 6.8 inch Full HD + display along with HDR10 and a 120 Hz display. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G processor is backed by 6GB of RAM and comes with 128GB internal storage. The phone also features a MicroSD up to 1TB. The massive 6,000mAh battery comes with 20W fast charging and support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.0. The near-stock Android 11 ensures the phone runs smoothly.

The back of the phone features a triple camera setup with a 108 MP primary sensor paired with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens along with a 2MP depth sensor. For selfie enthusiasts, the phone comes with a 32MP front snapper.

Moto G40 Fusion Specifications

The Moto G40 Fusion is almost similar to the Moto G60. It is powered by the same Snapdragon 732G SoC and even features the same 6.8 Full HD + display with support for HDR10 and 120Hz refresh rate. The Moto G40 Fusion lets users choose between two variants. The 4GB RAM variant comes with 64GB of internal storage whereas the 6GB variant offers 128GB internal storage. The Moto G40 Fusion comes with the same 6,000mAh battery and 20W fast charging. It comes with Android 11 out of the box.

The only difference between the Moto G40 Fusion and the Moto G60 is the primary camera sensor. Instead of featuring the 108MP primary sensor found on the G60, the phone comes with a 64MP primary sensor that is coupled with an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The 32MP front snapper is pretty decent for video calls and selfies.
