After plenty of leaked specifications, it seems that the Nothing Phone 1 handset will have unique LED Notification strips all around the rear camera module. The much-awaited device is going to launch officially on July 12, 2022. Ahead of the launch, a couple of close-up shots and real-life videos has been surfaced online. So, the leaked videos are indicating the total back panel design, as well as the notification, LED strips which will gonna light up whenever a configured notification will arrive on the handset.
As per several online reports, Nothing brand did a press event with journalists and tech content creators in Switzerland recently to showcase its upcoming Nothing phone (1). However, the device is physically enclosed inside a plexiglass out where the leaked real-life videos are coming out.
Meanwhile, recently a video has been shared by a German YouTuber called ‘Rafael Zeier’ that shows the overall look of the final unit of the Nothing Phone (1). The handset was placed inside a transparent glass box as mentioned above. You can also take a quick look at the leaked video from the tweet given below.
Carl Pei did confirm previously that the Nothing Phone (1) might have LED strips at the back. At that time, there was no prototype design or teaser available that’s why there were just speculations initially. However, we’re still not sure whether the LED indicator strip is customizable or not. The chances are high that the device should have the app notification mapper to select which one to blink.

Nothing brand has already announced that the first-ever smartphone will be available for sale online in India via Flipkart. Most importantly, the company has also confirmed that Nothing Phone 1 will be manufactured in India which is a good move.
