Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 will have access to Samsung’s One UI 4 Beta program soon

Samsung has begun rolling out One UI 4.0 Beta 1, 2, and 3 builds to the Galaxy S21 series in select regions through the beta testing program for those who are interested in getting an early taste of Android 12-based One UI for the first time. Now, it appears that Samsung is working on One UI 4 beta programs for both the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3 in the coming weeks.

The One UI 4.0 Beta program is expected to arrive first on the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and then on the Galaxy Z Fold 3 in South Korea. The beta program will then be expanded to other regions. Among the expected regions are Germany, India, South Korea, the UK, and the United States. According to the Samsung Members Forum, the One UI 4 beta program will be available to both the carrier-locked and unlocked versions of the Galaxy Z Fold 3 & Galaxy Z Flip 3 foldables.

Therefore, all interested Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Galaxy Z Fold 3 users can simply sign up for the One UI 4 Beta program once it has gone live officially. Just head over to the Samsung Members app on the device and log in using your Samsung account, then select the One UI 4.0 Beta participation option on the home screen directly. Follow the on-screen instructions and provide all details to become eligible.

If you don’t already know, One UI 4 runs on Android 12 and is currently in the beta testing phase in order to ensure a smooth and stable user experience when the official stable build is released. It includes a lot of features such as improved dark mode, enhanced privacy and security, Material You-inspired UI color theming, optimized stock apps, new home screen widgets, new lock screen widgets, improved quick shortcut toggles, improved notifications panel, and a bunch of native Android 12 features out-of-the-box.
