In the last couple of months, we’re getting too many leaks about the upcoming OnePlus models that are expected to release soon in the market after the flagship OnePlus 9 series. Previously, the OnePlus 9 RT (MT2111) model has been spotted on the BIS website that we’ve already covered. Next, the model has been tipped to arrive on October 15 expectedly. But there is no official announcement available yet on it. Now, the OnePlus 9 RT is tipped to come with Android 11 out-of-the-box instead of Android 12 which is kind of surprising for OnePlus fans.
Initially, the reports were coming out that the OP 9 RT will arrive with Android 12 preloaded but it seems that there is more info about to unveil. However, one of the genuine tipsters Digital Chat Station has mentioned that it won’t gonna happen with the OnePlus 9 RT. So, no Android 12 preloaded on it which is a bit let down.
Meanwhile, the tipster also claims that the OnePlus 9 RT will come in three color options and it’ll be priced around CNY2,000 ($310/€270) and CNY3,000 ($465/€400). In terms of the design overview, there will be no significant changes from the OnePlus 9R apart from the flash module. As per leaks, the handset will have a 120Hz screen, a 4,500mAh battery, 65W fast charging, and more.
Whereas the tipster also mentioned that IMX586 and Snapdragon 870 could be inside approximately. However, it may also be possible that the OnePlus 9 RT will come with Snapdragon 888 chipset with 12GB of RAM because this is what was spotted in the Geekbench benchmarking result. Well, there is nothing to hurry. We’ll have to wait further.
