The rumor mill has been churning out constant news about the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE. But the South Korean manufacturer seems to be in no hurry to announce the device’s official launch date.
In the last few months, several leaks and renders have surfaced on the internet from time to time, which has told us a great deal about the phone and what to expect from it. While the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was scheduled to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Fold3 and Galaxy Z Flip3 during the August 11 Galaxy Unpacked Event, the company decided to forfeit it due to chip shortage issues.
The phone is now spotted on the Google Play Console, which reveals the chipset used in the phone and some other tech specs such as the RAM, OS version, and display resolution. There is also a possibility that the phone will be announced soon.
The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE was first spotted on the Google Play Console via MyFixGuide. According to the listing, the phone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ paired with Adreno 660 and 6GB of RAM. Out of the box, the phone runs on Android 11 and comes pre-installed with OneUI 3.1. The screen is said to be an FHD+ display with a resolution of 1,080 x 2.009.
The rumored specs include a 6.4-inch AMOLED screen with a 120Hz refresh rate display. Samsung is said to come with a 45W fast charging support but might be shipped with a 25W charger in the box. Some other possible specs include a 4,500mAh battery that should last you throughout a day.
