South Korean tech giant Samsung went with the plastic back cover even with the flagship models like the Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S21 series that didn’t go well with some fans and users whatsoever. When it comes to a flagship and premium segment of smartphones from a brand like Samsung, most of us assume about a metal body and glass back panel for a true feel & look of a device. But that isn’t a thing right now and it seems that a plastic body is more preferable to anything else.
So, users are always interested in having the perfect material quality or build quality apart from the software & hardware experience for which they’re paying higher. A flagship premium experience will go well with the glass back panel. Luckily, it seems that Samsung has acknowledged this concern of the fans or users and is planning to come up with a full glass body for the upcoming Galaxy S22 series most probably.
The popular leaker Ice Universe has mentioned that all three Samsung Galaxy S22 models might gonna feature an all-glass body. Meanwhile, we should also mention that most of the users will end up putting a back case on their Galaxy S22 series in most scenarios. Whereas due to the camera bump at the back, we can say that users will be forced to use a back cover in most cases to prevent camera bump damage or scratches.
On the other side, we’d also like to see other improvements like QHD+ screen on all three models, camera improvements, better metal chassis, and more. Keep an eye on it to get more info.
