March 17 witnessed the launch of Samsung’s long-rumored Galaxy A-series mid-rangers for 2021. The South Korean tech giant announced three new Galaxy A-series smartphones, viz. the Galaxy A32, A52, and A72, in its Unpacked event on Wednesday. But, a leaked mini-roadmap has revealed that this event was just the starting point and there is more from Samsung to offer. The leaked launch-timeline of Samsung for 2021 tips all launches from March to August and the company will be offering several more devices in the coming months.
According to a mini-roadmap leaked by tipster Evan Blass, Samsung will be hosting another Unpacked event next month. This event is tentatively scheduled for April 14 and is reportedly dedicated to Samsung’s computing devices like the Windows-powered Galaxy Book laptops and Chrome-powered Galaxy Chromebook line. Samsung Mini-Roadmap for 2021: What’s Upcoming?
As per the timeline, and as said before, there is an Unpacked event coming on April 14th where we will see Samsung launch laptops and Chromebooks. However, there is no such event or launch scheduled for May. But before that, we could see a launch happening on March 26.
Going further, Samsung will release a more affordable version of its current flagship Android tablets — the Galaxy Tab S7 Lite. The electronics company started introducing this line of pared-down versions of tablets with the launch of Galaxy Tab S5e. It was later followed by the Galaxy S6 Lite last year.
In July, we expect to see yet another Galaxy A-series handset dubbed Galaxy A22, which reportedly will come along with its 5G variant. This new phone will be a follow-up to the A21/A21s lineup. The report also claims to have another phone called Galaxy A82 5G in line for the July launch. However, this device is not mentioned on the Samsung roadmap.
Lastly, in August, there appears to be another Unpacked event in which Samsung will launch the Galaxy S21 FE. The event will be held on August 19th, and like usual, the company may also announce some Galaxy Note models.
