Husband-and-wife composers and music administrators Jason Robert Brown and Georgia Stitt have been named honorees of TADA! Youth Theater’s 35th annual gala, set to happen March 2 at Tribeca 360. Emmy nominee and Broadway alum Tituss Burgess will host the occasion, that includes dinner and drinks, a reside public sale, and performances.
“TADA! isn’t only a theater firm, it’s a neighborhood, and it’s a neighborhood that we have now been proud to be a part of for over twenty years,” Tony winner Brown and Stitt mentioned in a joint assertion. “As music administrators, writers, and oldsters of ensemble members, we have now been witness to essentially the most magical transformations, watching youngsters flip from nervous introverts to assured performers and powerful leaders. TADA’s ethos of inclusivity, range, and equality has introduced our household into fixed, energizing dialog with each nook of New York’s vibrant inhabitants. Based in 1984, TADA! goals to offer musical theatre programming to younger individuals from numerous backgrounds, producing authentic works for scholar and household audiences.
