The exclusive first look of Samsung Galaxy A53 5G looks similar to Galaxy A52, more details mentioned

Samsung is working on the upcoming Galaxy A53 5G model, which is expected to release in 2022 following the success of the Galaxy A52 & Galaxy A52 5G models. There is, however, no timeframe or date announced for the launch. A first look at the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G has appeared online, and it is pretty much identical to the Galaxy A52 model from every standpoint.

Popular leaker OnLeaks partnered with Digit to reveal a picture of the device, which looks like a Galaxy A52 or Galaxy A52 5G. The overall design and form factor remain unchanged. There are still four cameras on the rear, the same back panel finish, and an infinity-o display.

However, there is a small change to the design – the back of the device does not have a camera bump, and the curved edges of the bump have also been removed. So, the surface of the back panel near the camera module is smooth and flat without any second thought. Most probably, Samsung will remove the 3.5mm headphone jack from the Galaxy A53 5G model this time.

Therefore, apart from wireless headphones, you will have to use a connector or a USB Type-C headphone. Well, this is just a rendered image, and it may differ from the actual official product. Renderings like these are meant for reference purposes only and give us a basic idea of what we can expect with the official release.

As of now, there have been no leaks or rumors concerning the design or specifications of the upcoming Galaxy A53 5G model. Some rumors suggest, however, that the Galaxy A53 5G will have a 64MP primary rear camera and the same 6.5-inch 120Hz screen refresh rate as the Galaxy A52.

It may measure 8.14 mm in thickness and 9.73 mm in the rear camera bump, which makes it slightly thinner than the existing Galaxy A52.
