Without a small league baseball game to be performed with, the Pensacola Blue Wahoos are becoming creative and diving into the hospitality industry.
The group, the Class AA affiliate of the Minnesota Twins, which plays at the Southern League, recorded Blue Wahoos Stadium on Airbnb, beginning at $1,500 per night (and fees).
Up to ten guests can stay in the scene, together with four bunk beds plus a set of queen-sized beds offered in rooms adjacent to the clubhouse. Visitors will have complete access to this stadium, for example, batting cages.
Per the list, “guests are all welcome to strike from home plate, play catch in the outfield, run the bases, like a picnic at the outfield, or find other innovative applications for your area!”
The clubhouse includes”four leather sofas, two flat-screen TVs, a ping pong table, cushioned chairs, and two big tables. Two baths with showers are attached straight to the clubhouse.” There are just two more horizontal screens and a kitchenette in the bedroom.
A Blue Wahoos staff member will remain on-site through the remain to answer inquiries and supply security.
The Blue Wahoos, co-owned by professional golfer Bubba Watson, establish a disk golf course on the area for lovers to appreciate Friday and will do this again Sunday. On Saturday, a neighborhood baseball championship happened in the area.
