It seems that Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE model will soon launch in India as per multiple reports surfaced online. Although the exact release date hasn’t been officially announced yet by Xiaomi, the pricing and key specifications are already revealed ahead of the launch event. We can expect that the NE variant will arrive anywhere between mid-September but not sure enough. Additionally, we should mention that this upcoming Xiaomi device won’t have any ‘Mi’ branding and the ‘NE’ could stand for the ‘New Edition’ lineup expectedly.
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE Specs
Recently, a leakster @snoopytech has revealed that the Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE will be powered by the 2.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G SoC that we’ve already seen on the Realme GT Master Edition. Meanwhile, the handset should come up with 6GB/8GB RAM variants and the storage could be around 128GB onboard. It’ll have a Black color option, runs on Android 11 out-of-the-box. Talking about the weight, it’ll be around 159 grams that can be considered lightweight.
The front will have a single 20MP selfie camera with a punch-hole design on the top left corner of the display. Whereas the rear side will equip a triple camera setup including a 64MP primary + 8MP + 5MP lens along with an LED flash. It will have a dimension of 160.5 x 75.7 x 6.8 mm. However, we should say that these are the leaks and we can’t fully rely on them as of now until the official specification hints are available.
Xiaomi 11 Lite 5G NE Pricing
Talking about the expected pricing of the upcoming 11 Lite 5G NE model in India, one of the well-known tipsters Yogesh Brar said that it will be priced around INR 23,000 to INR 24,000 (expectedly). Whereas another tipster @snoopytech claims that NE European variant will be priced at around EUR 329 (approx. INR 28,000).
So, nothing to say more as of now. We’ll have to wait until the product launch event announces to get more info on it.
