    Key Highlights

    • Fourth-quarter revenue surged 634% year-over-year to $30.1 million; fiscal 2025 revenue reached $50.7 million
    • Full-year 2026 revenue projection increased to a minimum of $375 million from previous estimate of $170M–$180M
    • First-quarter 2026 revenue expected between $38M and $40M, representing approximately 820% annual growth
    • Company announced $150 million acquisition of stratospheric observation firm World View, primarily through equity
    • New collaboration with Palantir (PLTR) brings Foundry AI technology to Ondas autonomous drone systems

Shares of Ondas Holdings (ONDS) climbed 8.4% during Monday’s trading session, finishing at $10.90, following the autonomous aircraft manufacturer’s impressive fourth-quarter financial results and significantly elevated 2026 revenue projections.

The company reported fourth-quarter revenue of $30.1 million — representing a remarkable 634% increase compared to the prior-year period. Full fiscal year 2025 revenue climbed 604% to reach $50.7 million, marginally surpassing analyst consensus expectations of $48.6 million.

Despite the revenue momentum, the net loss for the fourth quarter expanded to $101 million versus $10.3 million in the comparable period last year. The full-year 2025 adjusted net loss per share totaled 62 cents, falling short of analyst projections for a 25-cent loss.

Investors, however, largely overlooked the earnings miss and concentrated on the company’s robust forward outlook. Management substantially elevated its fiscal 2026 revenue forecast to at least $375 million — representing more than a doubling of the prior guidance range of $170 million to $180 million.

Following Monday’s close, the stock carried a market capitalization of approximately $4.64 billion at its $10.90 price point.

Strategic Palantir Alliance and World View Acquisition

On March 11, Ondas entered into a strategic collaboration with Palantir (PLTR) to embed Palantir’s Foundry technology into Ondas’ unmanned aerial platforms. Chief Executive Officer Erik Brock stated the alliance “positions Ondas at the center of next-generation, multi-domain operational environments.”

Palantir shares advanced 6.74% in Monday’s session.

Additionally, Ondas disclosed plans to purchase World View, a company specializing in stratospheric reconnaissance, for $150 million in a transaction structured predominantly with stock. This acquisition aims to enhance the company’s aerial and terrestrial autonomous capabilities with continuous high-altitude monitoring technology.

Management emphasized a pro forma cash balance of $1.5 billion post-transaction.

Growing Defense Sector Demand Drives Order Pipeline

Earlier in March, Ondas disclosed receipt of various contracts worth approximately $6 million for anti-drone technology from defense and national security clients across the Middle East and additional territories.

The company’s current order backlog stands at $68.3 million, with management indicating that the majority of anticipated 2026 expansion will originate from its autonomous systems division.

For the first quarter of 2026, Ondas projects revenue in the range of $38 million to $40 million — translating to roughly 820% growth versus the year-ago quarter.

The iShares U.S. Aerospace & Defense ETF advanced 0.3% to close at $223.29 on Monday. Competitor AeroVironment gained 4.3% on fresh contract announcements, while recently public defense company Karman Holdings rose 3% to settle at $102.40.

Ondas is scheduled to host its quarterly earnings conference call on Wednesday.
