Google has recently shared a post (teaser) on Instagram for its upcoming Pixel 6 smartphones officially on its @madebygoogle handle. Here the image shows the Pixel 6 in a grid format where 12 previews are included, showing different color profiles with slightly different home screen setups with widgets. It basically showcases Android 12’s Material You UI which has purely revamped the whole interface than before.
This teaser is playing on Drake’s new album cover art for “Certified Lover Boy”. It’s captioned with “Certified Pixel Lovers” and tagged with #TeamPixel and #Pixel6. It’s worth checking out that there’s a disclaimer mentioned at the bottom that says: “This device has not been authorized as required by the rules of the [FCC] or other regulators. This device may not be sold or otherwise distributed until required legal authorizations have been obtained.” It clearly indicates that Google will take some time to announce the Pixel 6 lineup.
The much-awaited Google Pixel 6 will reportedly be available for sale from October 28, 2021. As we all know that Google announces the latest Android OS version every year in September, it’s not clear yet when will be Pixel 6 series devices launched.
