Samsung Galaxy M12 teaser has appeared on Amazon India revealing the launch date of the phone. The smartphone has got a dedicated “Notify Me” page on the e-commerce website that reveals several details, including the launch date of the handset in India. Set to launch on March 11th, the Galaxy M12 will go for sale on Amazon India after the launch. Earlier, the phone was reported to be launched sometime in March but the date wasn’t clear. Now, Samsung has officially revealed its Galaxy phone’s launch date to be March 11 through a live “Notify Me” page on Amazon. Recently, the Oppo F19 Pro India launch was also teased on Amazon.
To those who don’t know, the Samsung Galaxy M12 has already been released in Vietnam, so we know all the specifications of this handset. The phone has a large 6,000mAh battery and a 90Hz Infinity-V display. However, there’s currently no information on the pricing of M12 in India, which will be revealed during the launch on March 11 only. Samsung Galaxy M12 Specifications
As per the Amazon listing, the Samsung Galaxy M12 will feature an 8nm Exynos chipset and a 6.5-inch Infinity-V display with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone will have a 48MP quad rear camera setup and will pack a 6,000mAh battery. Notably, these specs are similar to that of the one launched in Vietnam. In the Indian variant, the Galaxy M12 will use the upgraded Samsung ISOCELL GM2 48MP sensor at the rear. Further, the combination of the 6,000mAh battery and the efficient 8nm processor can extend the battery life for multiple days.
In the Vietnam variant of the Galaxy M12, there is a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with a standard 60Hz refresh rate. The phone comes with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage, which however could be the base variant. Further, there is a 16MP snapper at the front for taking selfies and video calling. It also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor along with a microSD card slot, headphone jack, and dual 4G LTE support.

While looking at the official teaser page on Amazon, the launch date for the Galaxy M12 in India is set at 12 PM on March 11. There appears a Notify Me button that you can use to get notified when the phone goes on sale. However, the teaser page doesn’t reveal if the phone will be available for purchase on the same day.
While there is no official word on the pricing, a recent report has claimed that the Galaxy M12 in India will be priced below ₹12,000. Since these are just the speculations we will get to know the real price only when the phone launches on March 11, which is less than 10 days away.
