Samsung has reportedly started mass producing components for its next flagship, the Galaxy S22 series. According to a new report from WinFuture, the South Korean conglomerate is now manufacturing components for its upcoming Galaxy S22 and S22+ models. The report claims that the company is producing components for all variants of the S22 and S22+ models.
The new Samsung flagship S series includes three devices — the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22 Plus, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. As per the new information, Samsung has already started mass production of components for these phones. However, these early 2022 flagships from Samsung don’t seem to go for assembly anytime soon, as the current production is limited to only a few components.
Samsung Galaxy S22 Series Will Launch in January 2022
As per the new report, Samsung is currently focusing on the American variants of the devices. Previous reports have suggested that the South Korean phone maker will launch the Galaxy S22 series devices by the end of January 2022. However, there is no official word from Samsung regarding the launch date of these phones. Some reports also claim that the new S22 phones may get delayed and launch in February 2022. This could be because of the Galaxy S21 FE, which is already delayed and expected to be launched in January 2022.
Note that there’s still a lot of time and the company’s plans could change. But so far, it seems like the upcoming flagships from Samsung are on track. We also expect more leaks on the Galaxy S22 series in the coming weeks. Stay tuned!
