Samsung has officially announced that it is partnering with Best Buy as one of the authorized repair partners for Samsung Galaxy devices in the US for select locations as of now. Users of Samsung Galaxy handsets can visit selected Best Buy stores in the US to have their device repaired professionally.
Best Buy customers can receive in-person support while they shop at Best Buy locations and get authorized Samsung repair services such as screen replacement, device maintenance, software assistance, and more. As a result of its new partnership with Best Buy in the US, the company says it can reach more customers. Galaxy device owners can schedule a repair appointment with Best Buy’s Geek Squad agents.
The team consists of Samsung-certified professional engineers with high quality standards for top-class mobile repairs. Furthermore, Samsung did mention that customers can trust the authorized repair partner locations at Best Buy to take care of their products and provide genuine replacement parts. With effect from today, Oct 26, 2021, the Best Buy stores will be able to handle screen and rear glass replacements, battery replacements, camera and port repairs immediately.
In addition, they will also offer warranty and out-of-warranty services for all Galaxy S and Galaxy Note models. The technical support for Samsung Galaxy Z series will begin in early November 2021.
