Now, the complete specifications and renders of the upcoming smartphone have been leaked by popular tipster Evan Blass ahead of the phone’s global launch.
Motorola Moto G100, allegedly carrying the model number XT2125, is rumored to be a rebranded Motorola Edge S for global markets. But the design and some specifications of the phone were still a mystery. However, now, the leaked renders by the courtesy of Evan Blass have revealed the complete design and features of the Moto G100. Check out the specifications and renders of the upcoming Moto G-series device.
Moto G100 Renders and Full Specifications
According to the latest information from tipster Evan Blass, the Motorola Moto G100 will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone will feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC, which will be coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. From the leaked render, you can see that the Moto G100 will have two punch-hole cutouts on the top-left corner of the screen housing two front-facing cameras — one, a 16MP unit and another, 8MP sensor.
For the rear panel, there is a quad-camera setup that will have a 64-megapixel primary sensor. The other three camera sensors include a 16MP secondary sensor, a 2MP camera, and a 3D ToF sensor. Further, the Moto G100 will pack a large 5,000mAh battery with 20W fast charging support. As per the tipster, the smartphone will also ship with an HDMI cradle that will allow users to connect the phone to an external display for a PC-like experience. To recall, the company recently launched a Samsung Dex-like platform, Ready For, for Edge Plus.
The pricing details of the Moto G100 for global markets are not yet known, but a Spanish retail website had earlier listed it at EUR 479.77 (roughly ₹41,600). We expect the price for global markets to remain in a similar range. In India, though, the price of the Moto G100 maybe a little lower. There is no information on the India launch date of the device yet.
