Realme GT 5G Price Tag Teased Ahead of March 4 Launch

Realme GT 5G which is almost summoned as Realme Race as per previous reports is coming. It is all set to launch on March 4 in China as a flagship smartphone. Thanks to the courtesy of tipster Mukul Sharma, we have the pricing for Realme GT 5G and that is under RMB 2,999 or around 34,000/- INR. Similarly, the higher 12GB+256GB variant will likely arrive at a much higher price tag without any doubt.

Realme GT 5G price tag seems very aggressive given the fact that it sports a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and it is something people will love about it once it arrives in China.

Realme GT 5G Specifications

Realme GT 5G or Realme Race will arrive with a Snapdragon 888 SoC flagship chipset and will have 8GB+128GB of storage configuration as its base variant. There’s a higher 12GB+256GB storage variant too but we don’t know the pricing for the same yet. The device is using LPDRR5 RAM and a UFS 3.1 storage system on-board. The device will pack in a beefy 5,000 mAh battery under the hood and will be clubbed with a 65W or 125W fast charging tech that should charge the battery in around half an hour or so.

Realme GT 5G is expected to host a giant 6.8” AMOLED display with a high refresh rate of 120Hz at the least. The device will run on the latest Android 11-powered Realme UI 2.0 on-board and no doubt it will get both Android 12 (Realme UI 3.0) and Android 13 (Realme UI 4.0) given the fact that it is a flagship device and comes with two years of major Android OS upgrades.

The device will have a triple camera setup at the back arranged in a rectangular camera bump housing a 64MP primary sensor along with two others probably an ultra-wide-angle and a depth/macro lens.

Connectivity features include a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port among others. Since Realme GT 5G sports an AMOLED panel, it will get an in-display fingerprint scanner as well. Realme GT 5G has arrived in a series of photos recently clad in a glass back while another arrived with a Bumblebee leather variant.
