Zac Efron sold his lavish Los Feliz house for a whopping $5.3 million. He bought the property back in 2013 for $4 million.
According to reports, the actor and host of Netflix’s ‘Down to Earth’ has bought a property somewhere in Australia. His Los Feliz house is located on a hill side in a neighborhood where several celebrities are known to reside. It is near the famous Hollywood Hills.
The property has several features such as glass walls, terraces and several outdoor spaces that give a view of the entire city. The house was built in the 1960s with a ‘stylish zen contemporary compound’, according to the listing. The structure itself is two storied and consists of a long and covered walkway that leads to the entry with a gold fountain that flows to the bottom of the brick wall nearby.
Some other notable features include a wine cellar, gym, a game room and even custom built fireplaces. There are about four bedrooms and 4-5 bathrooms. It is built over an area covering 5,644 square feet.
There are two sets of stairs, with one leading to the backyard while the other one going to the spa. A swimming pool is built at the edge of the property, with the grounds covering somewhere close to an acre.
Actor Zac Efron was born in San Luis Obispo and became famous with the release of the widely celebrated musical film ‘High School Musical’ that was released in 2006 with the trilogy ending in 2008. He has also starred in several movies such as 17 Again, Dirty Grandpa, Neighbors, Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile and Baywatch.
