OPPO, the Chinese mobile communications company has launched a new smartphone — the Oppo A95 5G — in China as its new affordable 5G phone. The company introduced the handset on Tuesday, April 27 with the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC, an AMOLED display, and a triple rear camera setup. In India, the company also announced the Oppo A53s 5G as the most affordable 5G smartphone in the country.
Oppo A95 5G Price and Availability
The Oppo A95 5G will be made available in two storage variants — an 8GB + 128GB model and an 8GB + 256GB model. The 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at CNY 1,999 (roughly ₹23,000). However, users who want to double the storage can get the phone for CNY 2,299 (roughly ₹26,450). Further, this latest Oppo handset will be available in three color options of Black, White, and Dawn Blue.
Oppo A95 5G Specifications
The Oppo A95 5G features a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and runs Android 11 with ColorOS on top. This latest OPPO phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 800U SoC paired with 8GB of RAM. Like said before, the device has two storage options of 128GB and 256GB, which can additionally be expanded up to 2TB via a microSD card. Further, the Oppo A95 5G packs a 4,310mAh battery with 30W fast charging support.
In terms of optics, the Oppo A95 5G sports a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor. The other two camera sensors include an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro shooter. At the front, there is a 16MP selfie camera housed in a hole-punch cutout. Along with the usual connectivity options including 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and a headphone jack, the handset comes with 5G and a USB Type-C port.
