After many rumors and leaks for the past few weeks, the Realme 9i has finally made its global debut in Vietnam. The device launched today, i.e. January 10, 2022, and is now available for sale in the country. While the device is yet to reach users, new photos of the Realme 9i have surfaced online just hours before the official launch. The images have been shared by the popular Android tipster Mukul Sharma on Twitter.
The leaked photos of the Realme 8i successor flaunt the device’s stunning camera module with a triple rear camera setup, back cover design, and two color options — Prism Blue and Prism Black. The device features a 50MP AI camera setup with a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP Black and White portrait lens. As aforementioned, the newly launched Realme 9i Android smartphone is powered by the 6nm Snapdragon 680 SoC and features dual speakers. The device sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ LCD screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 180Hz touch sampling rate. Further, the handset packs a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. In terms of storage, the phone will come with 6GB and 8GB RAM options with 128GB of onboard storage.
For optics, the Realme 9i flaunts a triple rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor, 2MP Black and White portrait lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. In the top left corner of the display is a hole punch cutout that houses the 16MP selfie camera. The phone boots Realme UI 2.0 based on Android 11. As said before, the Realme 9i device will have dual stereo speakers and will be offered in two color options: Prism Blue and Prism Black.
